Insomniac

Sleep eludes me.

So I am awake, running a load of wash, traipsing through the blogosphere, commenting randomly where I will and wondering just how tired I'm going to be come morning.

3.25am?

If you woke up at your normal time you'd be in agony... :S

3.25am is before my usual bedtime, especially if I'm reading exceptionally long, and yet absorbing, blogs. ;)

Welcome to my world!

Not sure there's much to be said about normal these days. As far as I'm concerned, going to bed that late - at least for me - is a crime against nature.

I was so miserable all day yesterday that it only made it worse that KC has dance class until secen last night, which means we didn't get home until a little after 7:30 ...

The whole drive home, I had to fight with myself to keep my eyes open, to the point that I had to turn the heat off in the car, turn the radio up, and open the windows to let the cold air in to keep me awake.

I won't mention here that I was back up around 3 again, and didn't get back to sleep until almost 4:30 this morning. Ah, another fun day awaits me ...

That's the trouble with breaking your cycle, once you've bashed it, it takes time to fix.

Best not to drive if you're that tired, one of the main causes of road accidents. Just not worth risking your good self or the young lady.

Point well taken.
