I watched and I say Mr Bush did a good job

Personally, I think President Bush seemed to be playing catch up for most of the debate. I also think that he spent more time talking himself in circles than really answering the questions that were put to him.

On a personal level, I find President Bush a bit too cocky, and a bit too old boy network for my taste. His reactions to Kerry last night was nothing more of a playground bully playing keep away with his toy.

"Well, I've been President and he hasn't so I should know better ..." type of responses didn't impress me in the least.

Objectively speaking, it's my opinion that Kerry came out the winner on that debate. Something I am sure Bush wasn't expecting ...

After listening to the first debate, I am now sure that we are in need of a change. Bush saying that he is trying to "tell" China how they should handle their country and that they should do it "his way" to make things right. Is this a cocky president we have. He dosent want to "talk" with other contries to bring us together, he himself rather tell them what to do when he cant even handle whats going on here. It's time that we had "people" on our side again, we have many countries against us now. At one time we were one of the strongest nations, now we dam near stand alone. It is time for a change, and I believe that Kerry has good ideas to rebuild communitation with not only other countries, but amoung the people of this great nation of the USA. It is a shame and a crime how Bush has felt it necessary to push his "beliefs" to be the law and not just an opinion. Bush spat and spuddered throughout most of the debate. This is not the type of man I want to stand up for me or my rights, more or less knowing that he holds millions of people lives in his hands while he's trying to "dominate the world." Let freedom ring, let the many voices of this great nation be heard. We can no longer sit by and watch this man make his "own" rules. I will vote and add one more voice to be heard, Let freedom ring.
