I've been playing with my new powerball toy this week, it exercises your lower arms by way of a spinning gyroscope thingy... So weird, feels like there's a bunch of magnets flying around inside your hand*, like a little black hole opening up in your palm. My whole right arm feels like it's constantly spinning now. LOL

[*You know when you try and push two magnets at each other on the same poles, and they push away. That, but in all directions simultaneously.]

Well, it's a gyroscope, so as it speeds up it generates a hell of a lot of force. But it's palm-sized.
